Incoloy® Alloys

Incoloy® Alloys

A nickel-iron-chromium range, Incoloy® alloys exhibit high temperature durability and outstanding
corrosion resistance to very aggressive environments. These properties allow the alloys to be used
effectively in various applications.

ALLOY 800H/AT

is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy that is designed for high temperature structural applications. Alloy 800H/AT has the same basic composition as alloy 800, but it has a much higher creep-rupture strength. The higher strength is a result of the close control of carbon, aluminium and titanium. As a result, 800H/AT can be used in a variety of applications, such as pressure vessels, dampers, tubing and industrial furnaces.

ALLOY 825

Alloy 825 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with the addition of molybdenum and copper. It offers exceptional resistance to very corrosive environments. Alloy 825 has excellent resistance to oxidising substances, to pitting and crevice corrosion and to sulphuric and phosphoric acids. It is often used in tubes and components, chemical and food processing, heat exchangers, piping systems and many more.
